SSLW registration includes: admission to the exhibits; all SSLW sessions scheduled on Thursday through Saturday (including plenary talks, colloquia, featured sessions, individual presentations); morning and afternoon refreshment breaks; opening reception.
Institute Registration is separate and will be available on May 10, 2019.

*The student rate is available for 1) full-time students or 2) part-time students without a full-time job (as of November 13, 2019). If you register as a student, you may be asked to provide a valid student ID or a signed letter from your faculty advisor when you check in.
Check In Procedure
If you are already registered, you can receive your name tag by checking in at the registration desk (MU Alumni Lounge) with an SSLW Assistant who is wearing an SSLW button. Just provide your name or your QR code on your ticket (paper or electronic).

You can cancel your registration before October 13, 2019 without penalty. No refunds can be processed after this date.
